Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UAE.
- Dubai: 1-2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2-4 business days
- International Orders: Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location. Please refer to the shipping calculator at checkout for an estimate.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
- If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days, please contact our support team at support@spiceincharge.com.
4. International Shipping
- We currently ship internationally to select countries. Please check availability at checkout.
- International shipping times may vary between 7-14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Shipping Delays
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or public holidays.
- Spice in Charge is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in providing top-quality honey products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Perishable items, such as honey jars that have been opened or tampered with, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please email us at returns@spiceincharge.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@spiceincharge.com.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
